"Nice gift delivery, honestly just a little late"
I sent a gift to my mate and it arrived in good condition, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the tracking was a bit slow to update, but overall it worked out fine.

"Age check was quick and easy"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting the age verification to be kind of annoying, but it was actually super quick. It took maybe a minute, didn’t ask for any weird extra info, and I was able to finish my order right after. Always nice when stuff like this doesn’t turn into a hassle.

I checked it out hoping to find a good variety of drinks, but the selection felt limited. They do have some of the basics covered, which is nice, and the site itself is easy enough to use. But if you’re looking for something a bit different or specific, there just isn’t much to choose from. I ended up leaving without ordering. Overall, it’s not bad, but the product range could definitely use more options

"Pretty disappointing"
I was disappointed. The drinks tasted kind of flat and just didn’t have the flavor I was expecting. I don’t think I’ll be ordering them again.

"Refund took way more effort than it should have"
I had to return an item, the refund process was frustrating. It took way too long to get clear answers, and I had to chase them up more than once, which doesn’t feel right when you’ve already done your part as a customer. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, but it really wasn’t a smooth experience. I think companies should be upfront about returns before you buy, because making people dig around or wait for basic information just isn’t great customer service

"Glad it delivers out my way"
I’ve been happy with Drink Hopr so far. I’m a little outside the main busy areas, so I wasn’t sure they’d actually deliver to my suburb, but it was covered and everything arrived without any hassle. Checking the delivery area was simple too. It’s definitely a handy option if you don’t feel like driving around last minute trying to find what you need.

I ordered six, but only four of them were right, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge disaster, but frustrating it was.

I had an issue at first and thought they might just try to brush me off, but they actually got it sorted. Maybe they knew I wasn’t going to just leave it alone, but either way, they handled it and it’s all fine now.

I had a really good experience with drinkhopr.com. The site was simple to get around, and placing my order was hassle-free. Delivery turned up quicker than I expected, and everything arrived in good condition with no broken items or any weird issues. The prices felt fair too. I think other customers would probably appreciate how straightforward the whole process is. I’d definitely use them again.

I did get my order through in the end, but the checkout process was kind of confusing. Not sure who designed it, but whoever runs this really needs to make it a little clearer because it shouldn’t feel like work just to place an order.

"The driver showed up on time and was..."
The driver showed up on time and was polite, so that part was fine. He did seem kind of rushed though, and there wasn’t much conversation, which made the whole thing feel a little like that, if you know what I mean. Nothing really bad happened, just felt like an average experience overall.

"Shipping felt fair to me"
I was happy with the shipping price. I’m a little biased because I’ve been burned by other drink sites charging way too much for delivery, but this one didn’t make me feel ripped off at all.

The tracking updates were delayed, so I wasn’t totally confident about where my order was or if everything was going smoothly. It did show up in the end, which was good, but the unclear updates made me question the overall reliability a bit

"Cancelling was okay, okay but a bit confusing"
I ordered from Drink Hopr and ended up needing to cancel later. It was doable, which was good, good to know at least, but the steps weren’t super clear at first. I had to click around a bit and wait for someone to get back to me. They did sort it out in the end, so overall it wasn’t bad, not bad, but it could definitely be smoother if you’re trying to cancel quickly.
